Gyprock EC08™ Complete is a 13mm commercial plasterboard manufactured with a dense, fibre-reinforced core that provides superior performance across all major attribute categories: mould resistance, impact resistance, fire rating, acoustic performance, and moisture resistance. All boards in the EC08™ range contain high recycled content and low VOC emissions — making them the default choice for WA projects pursuing Green Star, LEED, or other green building certifications.
EC08™ Complete is manufactured to AS/NZS 2588 Gypsum Plasterboard and identified by its green coloured face paper. Both EC08™ Complete and EC08™ Extreme use the same face paper colour, so confirm the board specification on the delivery documentation for each project.
EC08™ Complete is the right board for most green commercial applications. Where the highest level of impact resistance is the primary driver (mental health facilities, correctional facilities), move up to EC08™ Extreme which adds a fibreglass mesh layer for extreme impact performance.
